Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@silkandcotton.global.
Exchanges are possible if the desired item is available and of equal value. We will send the new item once we have received the original item back.
If the new item is of higher or lower value, the price difference must be covered by you or us accordingly.

Please ensure that returned items are:
• Unworn and undamaged
• With all original labels attached
• Properly packed

We are unable to accept exchanges if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
Please note: Any international customs duties or taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable. Only the product cost will be refunded.

Returns & Refunds


If you prefer to return your item for a refund, it must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. Please note it may take up to 30 days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider—this is beyond our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
