We would absolutely love to deliver your gorgeous new clothes super-fast, but we have to let you know that many of the parts of the clothes are handcrafted and produced in very limited quantities in private ateliers.
Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience, as the delivery time for your order may be up to three weeks, unless otherwise agreed upon.
But we promise you'll love your order and, we're sure you'll agree that the amazing quality of our products is worth the wait!
Please note that our fees do not include customs fees and delivery costs outside of Uzbekistan.
We are aware of the appeal of the Uzbek ikat fabric, but it is very narrow (only 35-40cm), so each garment is made with several carefully matched fabric panels, all sewn by hand. This is why we can't mass-produce them. This ensures that each piece is a unique treasure!
We want you to know that small knots and slight irregularities are a sign of the authenticity of our hand-made craftsmanship.
The printed material of the garment is hand-made in Uzbekistan from Uzbek silk and cotton and hand-dyed the traditional way it has been done for centuries. The whole fabric-making process takes 37 steps and is protected by UNESCO, so you can be sure you're getting a genuine, traditional Uzbek product.
